“WTF is a wellness lifestyle & why does it even matter?”

It’s a totally valid question.

& it’s one that you should neverrr be too shy to ask, especially if you find yourself having just a little glimmer of wanting to change, & you want to know MORE – of just about EVERYTHING

Honestly, even I’m still figuring out the full, 100% gist of the wellness lifestyle myself – ha!

I can tell you one thing for sure, though : I’ve made TONS of progress over such a short amount of time simply by changing the way I do certain things.

& by changes, I mean PERMANENT CHANGES. Not those temporary food deprivations ( ew ), weight loss pills ( do you even know what goes in them??? ), or crazy weird fad diets ( i.e. the cotton ball diet – so totally wrong ).

I can’t even remember all of the things I’ve tried in the past years in the name of losing weight. But I can tell you, NONE of them reallllyyyy worked.

At all.

Maybe for like 5 seconds? 

Why? Surprise, surprise – I wasn’t making any lasting changes. Sure, the effort was there – it just wasn’t realistic. It was a short-term fad, not a wellness lifestyle.

So, WTF actually makes a wellness lifestyle?

It’s all about balance, balance, balance.

Finding the perfect in-between, whether it’s physical, intellectual, occupational, emotional, social, or emotional.

Basically, think of your body as a bank account :

Good food / drink choices are good investments.
Getting enough sleep is a good investment.
Exercising regularly is a good investment.
Working your ass off & hustling is a good investment.

Wouldn’t you like to be the absolute best version of yourself?

If you’re just starting out, I know this can all sound pretty damn daunting. But, if you put your heart into it & prepare yourself for change, you’ll find just how simple it really is.

&, once you make these lasting changes, you’ll be on your way to a wellness lifestyle full of wellness & balance


Here’s the skinny :

Permanent results only come from permanent changes. πŸ₯ If losing weight is your goal, know that it took more than a day to put it on. It’ll definitely take more than a day to take it off. πŸ₯
